My name is Basil Oickle and I am very pleased that you have decided to read this page, THANK YOU.

After thinking about this for the past three years, I have decided, with some regret but with a great sense of accomplishment, to list my company for sale.

First of all, I am very proud to say that all the local businesses and towns people admire my company and see it as an asset to their town. With complete confidence, I am able to tell you that the company is well appreciated, respected, admired, highly recommended and now talked about as a "MUST DO" when you come to Lunenburg. This year, 2007, will be my thirteenth year. You will find that the company has many GREAT OPPORTUNITIES still not ventured. I am the only person here to run this business. I started with one horse and one carriage. I now have three carriages and six horses. I employ six drivers full time during the tourist season. .There is no question in my mind the company is now ready to go to the next level.

At this point I only deal with walk-ups. I haven't done any marketing at this point with the company. The marketing that can be easily tapped into are things like bus tours, cruise ships, weddings, graduations, schools trips, special occasions, etc.

Also, the City of Halifax and area has a population of approximately 500,000 people and is only one-hour away, yet I have never advertised there. It is my opinion, that with proper marketing, there is room for a very good growth in sales.

PRICE : There are different options in ways I will sell the business. The property is $350,000.oo FIRM. My asking price for the company is negotiable starting at $400,000.oo. My property cannot be sold without the company, but the company can be sold without the property.
